酒店替换了新的管理团队。工作还没跟上。

新酒店和网订合作伙伴没做好联系工作。网订房是含早餐。但实际不提供早餐供应。 当天网订的房间，下午入住登记时连客人资料都没有。订房费已经预缴信用卡。 前台配房混乱。把已有客人住进的房间配给我。电子门卡当然不能开门。也打扰了已进住的客人。让我来回房间和前台好几次。工作混乱！

清潔で地下鉄のアクセス最高

掃除が行き届いていたこと、地下鉄のアクセスが良かったことは最高です。無料の水の提供があればありがたいです。１階にはセブンイレブンもあり便利でした。

Exit A Ouzhang metro, hotel at right

During our stay on 14-18/10/14, the staff are very friendly, especially Ms Jane. She can speak fluent english and always ready to help. When the day we check in, our booking was 2 single bed, smorking floor even though we had requested with Expedia, the man whom serve us said today no room for queen bed and non smorking floor. Jane overheard and tell him to offer us other room with non smorking floor.the next day we request to put on an extra layer of blanket becouse we find the bed is hard for us and she immediate reply no problem. The location of this hotel is easy access to restaurants, including Muslim food, breakfast was good, more to western type. To go to opposite of restaurants, u just walk into the metro station, exit to D and u are across the road. From Baiyun airport u take Line3, exchange at Yantang, tske Line 6 Exit at Ouzhang metro. Good location to travel to Haizhu Complex, Zhangsholu. (Exit D2, turn right, go straight down, u will eeach Shangxiajiu Lu - shopping paradise for cheap and affordable clothes, bags, food etc ). We will highly recommend to zll my friends and relative to stay at this hotel and we will stay here when we visit to Guangzhou again.

Maximum 2 Persons per Room

The location is great, just right outside of the Ouzhuang exit A on lines 5 and 6 interchange and there is a 7-11 downstairs for any last minute needs. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean. However, we were surprised when we got there that according to regulations, only 2 people maximum can stay in a room. Our party was a party of three and we were forced to get another room at the normal cost. Be aware of this when booking...

Great value, comfortable and convenient hotel

Jovenstars is a good example of what I'd call a "high quality essentials hotel". The rooms are comfortable and well designed, it's in a great location right next to two subway lines and the room rates are very affordable. It's not a posh or fancy hotel, but it's new and the rooms have everything you need and the furnishings are high quality. The shower was especially good. Great stay at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended from me.
