"Great 8-night stay! The location is very convenient and the housekeeping is top-notch. The hotel runs smoothly overall, but the only downside is the elevator situation—it can get very crowded, and I once had to wait for three turns just to get in. Still a solid choice for value, just be prepared for a bit of a wait during peak hours."

"This hotel is super great overall. Great service, great location. They put clean towels in a bag outside when we did not want service inside the room. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a great hotel. They have different location BTW. "

"This is a lovely luxury property which has an older feel to it. The building is circular, which we found a bit disorienting, as you have to walk in outer circles around halls, or move through spokes from the elevators in the center. The rooftop pool has amazing views, but is less conducive to couples, as most seating is singular, around the pool edges. The gym and locker room are on the 6th floor, a long way from the pool. Our views from the room were spectacular (booked the 101 views). We liked the coffee (Nespresso) and tea provided. The hotel was quiet, bed was comfortable. Room was a little dark. Neighborhood was quiet and had easily accessible attached mall with restaurants and grocery store in the basement, convenience stores like 7-11 next door, Starbucks next door. Staff was highly professional."

"There is a mall inside the hotel and there are plenty of places to eat nearby and close to convenience store (7 Eleven) if you want snacks. The gym and pool were out of service when we were there due to remodeling which was a bummer. Nice breakfast buffet with a lot of choices. They offer discount if you eat in the restaurants located in the hotel which unfortunately we forgot to take advantage of. Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. "

"Truly fantastic hotel! I was very impressed as this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. I paid extra for higher floor with a view and happy I did. I had windows on both sides of my hotel room which made me feel on top of Taipei. Great friendly staff with excellent English ability. Comfortable bed and the best shower experience I've ever had in a hotel! Truly great rain shower with additional shower handheld sprayer as well. Hot water and excellent pressure. Perfect location. 5 minute walk to Beiman MRT station and 10 minutes to Main station. 10 minute walk or so to Ximen as well. "
