Alma Zen House - Comfort and beach (180m) Air Conditioning/Heated Pool
- Comfortable and fully equipped house to enjoy unforgettable days with family or friends! Heated pool, veranda with barbecue, table, sink and a hammock to relax in. Air conditioning in the bedrooms. 50" Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, and cable TV. Fast internet. Fully equipped kitchen with conventional oven, microwave, air fryer, refrigerator, and all necessary utensils for cooking at home. Balneário Coroados has all the infrastructure of pharmacies, supermarkets, and local shops. Our beach is the cleanest in Guaratuba, and we have lifeguards during the season and holidays. We have great waves for surfing right in front of the beach. We are 3 km from Barra do Saí and 10 minutes from the city center and Morro do Cristo. Note: Pool dimensions: 4x2 m, with a depth of 1.40 m.
