The staff were all 15/10. I spent 8 nights there with a collegue for work. Each shift was attentive, kind, and professional. They all are doing wonderful jobs. No complaints on the rooms or the bathrooms. Great overall experience and value.

Everything was perfect. Just 1 small thing, the rooftop restaurant was under reservation but they warned me ahead of time! A must stay place in Piacenza!

I liked the building and surroundings! The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Eggs and ham your way. Sweet breads and puddings and more!

The room was clean and the hotel staff was incredibly gracious. Every staff member we encountered was able to communicate in Italian and English. The food in the restaurant was amazingly good. We had aperitifs at the bar and dined in the restaurant several nights during our stay. The staff was very hospitable and the drinks and food were always great.

This hotel was out of the center of Piacenza. As we were traveling by bike that meant we could not go into the city center easily. There were 2 restaurants located in the same strip mall as the hotel. We had a safe place to store our bikes.

I had a great time in Cremona, hotel in a great location, fantastic room, huge, clean with all modern technologies. I feel as a king leaving in 21 century. Roberto and Michelle provided all supports and hospitality. I just would like to say thank you.

Defiantly recommend. room was beautiful and clean. Very close to main square. Host was very kind and accommodating. When I come back to crema I'll defiantly stay here again!

Lovely, quiet, historic setting. Interesting castle tour (even if you can't understand Italian, but they have it in English if you reserve ahead). Great service. Great food (Antica Locanda del Falco). Very minor complaints: Flood light shining into our room (but curtains blocked OK). No food at 6am when we had to leave.
