They even picked us up at the train station in Paola and drove us to attractions we wanted to see! We couldn’t have asked for better service and a better experience. "The desk clerk was the worst ever in all my years of travel. I really can’t help but wonder why you would employ someone with zero people relation skills in that position! A/C almost non existent and a shower in the room that only a midget could fit into! Strongly suggest you remove the hotel from your site as it will reflect poorly on your business.
