Romantic, well-equipped house to relax!

The house "Casa Giulia" is located in a breathtaking location about 200m above sea level in the municipality of Guardistallo and is about a kilometer from the village. The typical Tuscan facade consists of stone and rock. The detached holiday home is located between olive groves, gardens and lawns, with a view of the Mediterranean. There is a quaint, covered little terrace, the center of summer life, with a dining area, sun loungers, and a grill. The living area is at ground level and merges into the kitchen. The kitchen / dining area with original stone fireplace is well furnished and equipped with comfort: gas burner and fridge with freezer, satellite TV and Internet / WiFi. There is a small corridor that leads to the bathroom with shower cubicle and to the bedroom with a large double bed. A house to feel good. You will be spoiled not only by the calm, but also by the clear view of the sea in the morning, but especially by the intoxicating colors at sunset. Dogs are allowed. Parking space at the house.

… gelegene Casa, mit Allem was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Der umzäunte Garten für Hunde perfekt. Der Blick aufs Meer und die Hügel, wir werden wiederkommen!

Zwei Traumwochen

Wir fahren schon seit vielen Jahren in die Toskana und waren zum ersten mal im Casa Gulia. Unsere Begeisterung kann man gar nicht in Worte fassen. Dieser Blick aufs Meer, das voll ausgestattete Ferienhaus, sowie die Betreuung von der Agentur einfach nur Spitze. Nicht zu vergessen das eingezäunte Grundstück war für unseren Hovi perfekt. Immer gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Rustico mit fantastischem Garten uns Meerblick

Entzückendes typisch toskanisches Steinhaus mit großer Terrasse, von der aus man einen einzigartigen Blick auf das Meer und auf Elba, Capraia und sogar Korsika hat. Das Grundstück ist riesig und komplett eingezäunt, unsere Hunde waren absolut begeistert. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Der Check-in und -out liefen völlig unkompliziert ab, die Vermieterin ist superfreundlich, sehr schnell erreichbar und spricht (auch) deutsch. Unbedingt die vielen herrlichen Restaurants besuchen, ein Schlemmer-Paradies!

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren mit drei mittelgroßen Hunden in der Casa Guilia. Morgens wandern und mittags am Meer. Die Größe des Hauses ist absolut ausreichend, wobei wir nur zwei mal gegrillt haben und ansonsten die super tollen Lokale ausprobiert haben und es uns gut gehen ließen. Ein“mini kleiner Minuspunkt“ gibt es für die Nachbarschaft. In einem der umliegenden Häuser hat es leider Tag und teilweise Nachts anhaltend richtig heftig gekläfft, gejault, gejammert von einem ganzen Rudel Hunde, was teilweise echt nervig war. ABER die schönen Seiten haben klar überwogen, wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Schöner ruhiger Aufenthalt

Der Auftenthalt war sehr gut. Wir haben uns für diese Wohnung entschieden wegen unserem Hund und des komplett umzäunten Grundstücks. Die Aussicht war traumhaft schön vor allem beim Sonnenuntergang. Man kann auch sehr gut essen gehen, es befinden sich sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Es war toll!

Sehr nette Vermieterin, schönes, großes Grundstück (vor allem für Hundebesitzer) und ein gemütliches kleines Haus in Top Zustand, mit einer großen Terrasse. Wir haben unsere 2 Wochen sehr genossen und empfehlen die Casa Gulia gerne weiter.

Gemütliches Haus mit toller Terrasse und fantastischem Blick aufs Meer

Wie von unseren Vorgängern beschrieben, lässt einen dieser herrlicher Rundumblick auf das Meer wiklich nicht los, unser mitgebrachtes Lesematerial blieb jedenfalls in der Ecke liegen. Das Haus ist liebevoll und solide zugleich eingerichtet und war sehr sauber und gepflegt! Von Waschmaschine bis Fernsehr hat alles bestens funktioniert. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, gute Gartenmöbel ... es war alles so wie beschrieben da und hat uns einen schönen Urlaub bereitet. Für unseren nächsten Urlaub würde wir evtl. noch eine Kapuzenjacke oder Halstuch für die Terrassenabende mitnehmen. Eine Anmerkung für alle Ruhesuchenden: jaaa auch hier leben die sämtlichen Feld/Garten/Rasen-Elektrogräte, Anfang Mai sind die natürlich im Einsatz. Der Verkehr auf der Strada Provinciale ist zu hören, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Abends und Nachts war totale Ruhe. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, für gerne "ausbüxende" kleine Zweibeiner oder Vierbeiner können wir uns diese Unterkunft auch super vorstellen. Wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal und möchten uns auch noch mal bei Daniela Schönenberg bedanken, die uns wie immer, super betreut hat.

Häuschen mit Inselblick

Wir haben die Lage des Hauses, auf dem Hügel, sehr genossen. Ob morgens oder abends zeigte sich die Küste immer wieder im neuen Licht. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Siena, Pisa oder San Gimignano waren von hier gut zu erreichen.

Gemütliches Haus in ruhiger Umgebung.

Gemütliches Haus, die Ausstattung enthält das Wichtigste, wenig Küchenausstattung, dafür Waschmaschine vorhanden. Die Lage ist super, obwohl das Meer ein paar Kilometer weg ist. Super netter Empfang vor Ort.

Schöner Ort der Erholung

Das Casa Giulia ist wunderbar gelegen, die Aussicht bis zum Meer ist einfach atemberaubend, desweiteren hat uns sehr gut gefallen dass man dort zumeist absolute Ruhe hat, und dass es ein sehr schöner Rückzugsort ist. Das Grundstück ist wirklich sehr groß, so dass man immer das Gefühl der Weite hat . Im Haus vermisst man nichts, es ist alles da was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, auch der gemauerte Grill hinter dem Haus ist sehr nützlich Trotzdem sind es nach Ceccina nur 10 Minuten , so dass man die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe hat, am Meer ist man auch in 10 minuten , und einige interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch nicht weit entfernt Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder

Charming, beautifully done, Tuscan rustic cottage!

We were looking for a quiet, peaceful feeling accommodation with a view of Italian countryside. That is what this property offers. Additionally, there is space and privacy as well as being well located for day excursions to local areas of interest. We were impressed with the quality and level of finishing and decorating. A lot of attention to detail was put into the home making it cozy and comfortable. We loved it!

Wunderschönes Haus mit atemberaubender Aussicht

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Das Haus verfügt über alle nötigen Dinge, die man benötigt. Besonders bemerkenswert ist das sehr große Grundstück auf dem unser Sohn sehr viel Spaß hatte. Jeden Abend ganz tolle Sonnenuntergänge.
