Eu simplesmente amei ficar neste apartamento! A localização é perfeita, pertinho da praia e bem ao lado da melhor e mais tranquila praia da região. O lugar tem absolutamente tudo: panela, utensílios de cozinha, tanquinho pra lavar roupa, sofá confortável, vários colchões e um banheiro ótimo. É aquele tipo de hospedagem que faz a gente se sentir realmente em casa.A anfitriã foi super atenciosa, muito boazinha comigo e me explicou tudo direitinho. Enfim, foi uma estadia maravilhosa. Com certeza voltarei!

Estadia foi muito boa, o apartamento é muito perto da praia, excelente localização, da pra fazer tudo a pé. Achei bem quente a cozinha e o banheiro do AP, mas acredito que seja por conta das altas temperaturas que estava no guaruja mesmo, O imovel tem ventiladores e ar condicionado no quarto o que ajudou a refrescar.

Eu e minha família tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa. Apartamento com ambiente muito acolhedor, facilmente nos sentimos em casa. Limpeza impecável. A contratante Giselle sempre muito gentil e atenciosa. Tudo, absolutamente tudo pertinho. Farmácia, mercado, (grande e pequeno), açougue, restaurantes por kilo e a La Carte, sorveteria e principalmente a praia :) Gratidão. Voltaremos mais vezes.

O prédio é bem localizado com muitos comércios perto, e perto da praia tbm...isso foi ótimo pra nós....aínda mais com crianças...O apto é muito bom, não estava perfeitamente limpo mas uma limpeza por cima, é que sou muito chata com limpeza....A vista do apto é muito feia, da para outros aptos horríveis e o de frente da sala estava com um cheiro péssimo...Mas como disse no título...o custo x benefício foi muito bom... De resto foi ótimo e o apto é muito gostoso.....

Aluguei o apartamento da Gisele para passar 4 dias, com mais 2 pessoas. Gostamos muito da localização do apartamento, na mesma quadra tem restaurante, padaria, farmácia, mercearia, açougue, sorveteria. A praia fica a 2 ou 3 quadras do apartamento, o acesso super fácil. Não precisa tirar o carro, apenas para visitar outras praias. O apartamento é bem equipado, cozinha também. Possui pelo menos 3 ventiladores, mais ventilador de teto, e o quarto tem ar-condicionado. O chuveiro é excelente. Super recomendo para quem busca algo confortável, sem luxo, porém muito limpo e organizado. Voltarei com certeza.

O imóvel é excelente como o anúncio. Está um local privilegiado com diversos comércios, padaria, mercado, açougue. Fica a poucos metros da praia. O apartamento é bem limpo e os móveis estão novos. Camas confortáveis. Bastante espaçoso o local como o banheiro, sala e cozinha. A cozinha é equipada e tem todos os itens. A atenção da proprietária Gisele e a Lúcia que limpa o imóvel é excelente do início ao fim. Fazemos planos de voltar outras vezes.
