"Cool a comfortable place"

"The property is dishonest, I have rent a room with 2 doble beds with bathroom and they gave us a room for 7 people located on the backyard, with one wall of a bathroom with tiles. When we asked for our room they excused themselves by blaming Expedia. Terrible, I have read the other comments but I thought it was not true. We lost our money booking there."

"As always, it is a pleasure staying at this hotel. I come here 4 to 5 times a year, and it truly feels like home. The staff always greets me by first name, which adds such a personal touch. The location is perfect—there is direct access to Hacienda Santa Bárbara shopping center without even stepping outside, and a convenient pedestrian walkway that takes you straight to the charming plaza of Usaquén, filled with incredible restaurants. I highly recommend it for both comfort and convenience and a beautiful neighborhood. "
