Marriott was a total let down, even though, is located on a beautiful part of town, is overpriced, parking is a nightmare, like being in a maze, and staff were not friendly, or give cero help to assist you in ways to navigate, around the place. Breakfast was Not that good, and very expensive. I will never choose them again.

The hotel is in the perfect location in the middle of Cayala. There is so many shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance. The hotel itself was very updated and clean. Bed was so comfortable, best sleep I got in Guatemala. Breakfast buffet was delicious, egg were made to order and there was fresh fruit, cheeses, potatoes, fresh bread, yogurt, etc. Would definitely recommend including it in your stay fare.

The hotel was great, in our favorite area of cayala. The restroom just needs to be cleaned up a bit. Lots of mold around the shower and shower was leaking lots of water into the bathroom floors. I let maintenance know right away.

The hotel was just ok… i stayed here just because is in Catalan City and was my only option. I think this hotel is average, no room service, food in the bar area was “ok” I prefer to walk around Cayala cause there are a lot restaurants.

Loved it. The only thing that I was not happy with is the bathroom with see-through doors and gaps. Everything else was great!

While 1 or 2 front desk agents were friendly, the rest were not. The room had stained floor and pillow cases, broken shower head. I like that the room was quiet and we had easy access from the elevators.
