"Lovely place. Great service. Jefferey was very friendly a d willing to assist with all your needs. He also cooks a great breakfast. Would definately recomend a stay for 1 or 2 nights"

"The location was perfect for seeing Rio Celeste and other rainforest tours. Everyone was really friendly and the food was great. Communication was somewhat interesting because I hadn’t brushed up on my Spanish enough but we made it work! The bed wasn’t super comfortable, shower didn’t get very hot and the walls weren’t exactly soundproof but for the price it was still a good value. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"The Casita was just as advertised. Small but didn't feel small. We were nervous about the size before moving in but it felt the right size and we didn't feel crowded or closed in. It had everything that we needed and expected. The view was great and the location was fine. We had a car so getting to groceries etc. was not a problem. Barbara and Lawrence were great hosts. We really enjoyed Lawrence's band practices. All in all a great stay."

"We arrived in Liberia, rented a car and found there's no street signs with names. We reached the owner by phone and she gave us directions in good English. Parking was sketchy. The room was reallly clean and quaint upstairs from the main house. There's a little corner take out restaurant that has wonderful service and great food. Owner's grandson went and got us a 6 pack of Costa Rican cerveza. Wonderful family with sincere welcoming "

"Cheap and very mediocre. Front desk person was nice. The room was... quaint, to put it nicely. Very stuffy so I spent as little time in it as possible. 2 beds, 1 fan, 1 tv whose reception was so bad I couldn’t watch anything. WiFi at least was fast. Separate bathroom was not very clean. Cute little courtyard but needs some hammocks asap! Overall would not recommend. "

"We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Pacifico the week after Christmas. Everything about the stay - the house, the staff, the food and the location exceeded our already high expectations. There were 17 of us - 8 adults and 9 children ages 8-17 and the layout and room count were perfect, thanks to the incredible bunk room for the kids that slept 8, has two bathrooms and a living room area. "The family is very welcoming!! And eager to give information and great recommendations!, rooms are clean, breakfast and coffee are yummy and filling, the grounds are gorgeous, does lack adequate AC though, waited til evening to open windows to cool off, Loved the place overall!!"
