Our experience here was nothing short of amazing! The staff is extremely caring, helpful and knowledgeable on everything we needed. From the moment we arrived till check out everything was perfect! Food options were wonderful. Dinning at night was excellent. Pools and beach clean. But I can’t stress enough how amazing the staff is! Special thank you to Alejandro, Kendy, Scarlett Louise, Jose and Jesus. They made our stay exceptionally great.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Joe the manager was very attentive, kind and helpful. My only suggestion is to have more restaurant availability each night and to have different daily options for breakfast. This was a beautiful hotel, I loved the adult only section and having a coffee cafe was wonderful!

The staff were great, and the outside was beautiful. That being said pillows were stiff room was covered in dust theres only one restaurant all others are closed the swim out room is pointless as there is no way to clean the pool.

Beautiful resort, great food, the buffet and Italian restaurants were good. The Italian restaurant provides small portions but it was excellent. There is entertainment for everyone. I traveled with my hubby and kids and it was really nice.

In my opinion, the resort was OK. I don’t wanna be a person that holds everything to high standards but when you pay $1000 or more, you should get a very good service and not be lied to make people run around often you to give you gifts and welcome gift and you never receive nothing The clean. I stated I stood there for four days. The room only got clean once I only got room service once very bad service not a lot of food choices not a lot of food choices. My recommendation is not to go there my opinion been there once. Never going back again.
