"Tuve una buena experiencia en el Hotel Unipark. Es un hotel que ya tiene algunos años, pero se encuentra bien mantenido y ofrece una muy buena relación calidad-precio. Las habitaciones son cómodas, las amenidades cumplen con lo necesario y la ubicación es uno de sus mayores atractivos. Además, se integra con una plaza comercial y de negocios en sus plantas bajas, lo que resulta bastante práctico. Su cercanía al Parque de las Iguanas permite disfrutar de uno de los sitios más emblemáticos de Guayaquil a pocos pasos. En general, una excelente opción para quienes buscan comodidad, buena ubicación y un precio razonable."
