"The peoperty itself was new and comfortable but the location was not in the section of odessa as advertized. The women who showed the apartment seemed put out and disinterested. When I asked about secure parking she pointed up the hill. It was too much effort for her to show me how to use this seperate area. When I went there it was a delapadated fenced in area with no attendant. I ended up parking on the street. Not secure particularly in that northern section of town. That night we had...

"The apartment has all the essentials you need, nice view of Guayas river and great location. Walking distance you have all types restaurants, neighborhood grocery store, pharmacy and more. Also near to Malecón 2000 and downtown, lots to explore in this area."

"I had an amazing stay at this Riverfront apartment. The location was unbeatable—right next to the ocean with a stunning ocean view that we enjoyed every day. The whole area was very clean and well maintained.The Airbnb itself was spotless, cozy, and very affordable for what it offered. Everything felt safe and secure, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. If you're visiting and want great value in a prime location, I highly recommend staying here."

"This apartment is located right by the beach. You can hear the ocean as you fall asleep and all day long. The sunset views are spectacular. There is a hammock on the balcony to lay in to read a book or watch the sunset while enjoying the ocean breeze. You can see the ocean from the living room and bedroom.
