Recomendadíssimo.

Tivemos um pequeno mal entendido em nossa chegada, onde não havia uma terceira cana ou um sofá- cama para meu filho de 17 anos que estava junto a mim e minha esposa no mesmo quarto. Mas após mostrar minha confirmação do Hotéis.com o colaborador Ignácio e o gerente do hotel aceitaram prontamente meus argumentos e prepararam rapidamente o quarto com mais uma cama de solteiro. Agradeço muito aos dois pela ajuda e compreensão, isso fez com que nossa estadia fosse perfeita. Café da manhã muito bom, restaurante para demais refeições muito bom também. A educação e cordialidade de todos os colaboradores é excelente. O quarto é espaçoso e muito confortável. Banheiro é espaçoso, ducha ótima. Fica a 5’ de carro do centro de Mendoza e há um Shopping Center bem em frente ao hotel, só atravessar a rua. Dentro do Shopping há um supermercado tbm. Enfim, foi tudo muito bom, recomendadíssimo.
