"This hotel got everything right. Made my winter holiday with my family a great memory. Rooms were spacious and nice, views were amazing, easy access to ski lifts, wonderful breakfast buffet, outdoor

pool, and best of all dogs with puppies for the kids to play with. Definitely visiting next year though i do wish they make more budget friendly shuttle services available to New Gudauri."

"A very cozy place to stay especially if you’re interested in skiing because the hotel is very close to ski area. The only thing we didn’t like was room temperature. It was quite cold. Otherwise the hotel and staff were very nice. Food was delicious. "

"We had 2 bookings with Expedia for 3 rooms at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel staff that they have only received 1 booking from Expedia. Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs. From our vast travel experience, we think most hotels would have expected us to call Expedia ourselves, to try and find out where our booking...

"A lovely hotel in a lovely ski resort. Great views on the mountains from the

facilities. Unfortunately, there is a big problem with the staff at the reception and also in the

facilities. Unhelpful, not interested, some even bluntly rude. Some would spend their time looking at their phones while you’re talking to them. The reception staff let us check in into a room which wasn’t ready and when we got back downstairs with all our luggage (no one offered to help with the luggage) we were...

"Was nice little hotel with great view and a stone’s throw to the ski lift and ticketing. You can even ski down to it and back to the hotel but was too late in the season for that. Maybe next time. Staff was friendly dinner with a view was good. Great view from the room and good water pressure. Clean water to drink right out of the tap."

"The room had a very pungent odor and we had request to change it. But the staff was very reluctant to do so. Overall it was probably the worst hotel I stayed in years. Everything is either broken or dysfunctional and when you ask for replacement the staff attitude is very aggressive. "

"I property was good. Their restaurant was delicious. I probably would stay at a ski on and off place next time. They did have a shuttle but is off duty 11:30am and went adjusting to time change getting out early is rough. Does have beautiful view of surrounding mountains. "
