"A very relaxing week in a lovely, peaceful location with beaches very nearby and all amenities within a 10 minute walk. The property was clean, welcoming and the views were beautiful. The pool and tennis court were great for our teenage boys and we could easily have spent every day just at the villa. Beaches nearby were great for swimming and boarding. "The house was full of character with a big, beautiful garden that Sol and Luis are very proud of. Sol was very helpful and gave us recommendations for restaurants and where to watch the Euro 2024 final in Santander. Luis and Sol live nearby but were very discreet. them often."

"My family and I came to visit my daughter who lives in Spain and we found this beautiful house to rent. It is in a quiet residential area. The home was comfortable, warm and had modern conveniences like a washer/dryer machine that actually worked well and a full kitchen including microwave and induction cooktop. The master bedroom was big with a walk in closet and had an en-suite. I would definitely stay here again."

Da er nur spanisch spricht, hat er seine Tochter und seinen Schwiegersohn bei der Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung mit hinzugenommen. Die Abstimmung in englisch hat prima geklappt."
