"Staff was very accommodating with all requests. Ended up getting sick after the first night, and hotel was willing to provide refund for the following night since we had to go home. Overall, a great experience and would definitely come back again in the future."

"This was my first time staying at the z cottages on River Road. I’ve driven by that location hundreds of times going to Guerneville, but didn’t know this hotel until I saw it on hotels.com. The room was very comfortable, and the grounds were perfect. I also enjoyed the generous breakfast each day. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I’ll be back!"

"There seems to a plumbing issue going on with the property. Granted that it's 3 stories but the drainage does not seem to work very well when the shower is running and toilet is very slow flushing. The water pipes rattled a bit as well when turned on. AC unit was ok, not great. The bed was comfortable and the room itself was very quiet."
