But what impressed us most was how Armando (the manager) helped when we were in a bind. We accidentally left a tablet behind in our room after checking out. We contacted the hotel, hoping someone honest had turned it in. They confirmed they had it, and Armando offered to send it to us by bus—trusting that we’d be true to our word and reimburse him afterward. A few days later, we had the tablet back in our possession, safe and sound. THANK YOU, Armando, for going out of your way to help us. It was so very, very appreciated.
