Un très bel établissement.

Un hôtel trés agréable et très propre. Du personnel très accueillant. Le restaurant est par contre fermé le dimanche soir mais d'autres restaurants sont disponibles à proximité immédiate de l'hôtel. Une TV en plusieurs langues (parfait). J'y retournerai volontier.

Ein schönes Hotel, recht zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Der einzige Wermutstropfen war die nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer.

Das schlechteste Hotel aller Zeiten

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist eine Frechheit. 140 € und die Garage nochmals 9€. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist 500 m entfernt. Eine Zumutung. Frühstück schlecht. Bad dreckig. Bett durchgelegen. Personal interessiert sich nicht. Nie wieder!!!!

We were very, very pleased with the Appelbaum Hotel. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful, the meals were splendid and reasonably priced and the rooms were excellent. Very good value for money.

Worth a stay

Very friendly helpful staff, great food, hot showers.The mini Haribo and daily apple was a nice touch. , Only negative point ( very minor) , pillows far too soft , no support or comfort . Would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to visit Gutersloh.

Stort værelse - lidt gammeldags. Restauranten ok m/fin betjening. Hotellet har en stor parkeringskælder, hvor vi startede med at holde. I receptionen fik vi at vide, at vi skulle være uden inden kl. 7, da gaden ville blive lukket pga. vejarbejde. Så måtte vi ud i regnen og finde en parkeringsplads 2-300 m. fra hotellet. Næste morgen fik vi at vide, at receptionisten havde taget fejl. Det var onsdag og ikke mandag gaden blev lukket. En rigtig “øv- oplevelse”. Det regnede også da vi hentede bilen, så det gjorde ikke indtrykket bedre.

Empfehlenswert

Etwas außerhalb vom Stadtcentrum gelegen an Dirchgangsstr. aber ruhig in Seitenstr. Freundlicher Empfang, geäumiges Bade-u Zimmer. Beleuchtung wurde dort vernachlässigt, LEDs kosten doch auf Dauer nichts. Frühstück im ehem Altbau hervorragend, lässt keine Wünsche offen, freundlichster Service. Garage könnte gratis sein, schon um die Nachbarschaft zu entlasten.

netter Aufenthalt in Gütersloh

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Appelbaum. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, vielfältig und reichlich. Dass der Kaffee vom Personal nachgeschenkt wird, ist nicht jedermanns Sache (vor allem bei viel Betrieb). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist ok, Straßenlärm ist kaum zu hören. Von Vorteil ist die Nähe des weitläufigen Stadtparks und die zu Fuß erreichbare Innenstadt und Restaurants. Der Fernseher ist modern, WLAN klappt wenn man jeden Tag einen neuen Code holt, das Tab funktionierte bei uns leider nicht richt. Die Betten knarren, kein Kühlschrank, dafür ein geräumiges Badezimmer. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden.

Good stay

Lovely staff, good food in restaurant. Good spread at breakfast. Only downside was the put-up bed my 12 yr old son got. Family room is big enough for a proper single bed, not the uncomfortable camp bed my son got. If you book the family room, ask for a proper bed.
