Real Basque house

Authentic country house built around 1680 (DOCHENEA in Basque means "at DOCHE" which at the time was a whaler), with a floor area of 110 m² and surrounded by a 2800 m² garden with trees and flowers, you will be at village center, and 400 m from the beaches. Convenience stores (pharmacy, bakery, small CASINO ...) 100 m from the house will allow you not to use your car systematically. The place is very quiet, despite the high concentration of holidaymakers in July and August (At this time the background noise throughout the village is more important).
