"The receptionist, I think Abdul (with glasses) was very efficient checking us in despite arriving at 2am. The hotel was good, breakfast was nice. Shame our flight to Tangier was delayed by 6 hours so we were unable to spend much time there. Nonetheless a very good hotel, staff and close to the airport."

"I expected much better service from a Hilton property. After checking in, I was told my luggage would be delivered to my room shortly. Instead, I had to wait 8 hours before my bags finally arrived. This was completely unacceptable and caused a great deal of inconvenience, especially after a long journey. Despite contacting the front desk multiple times, the response was slow and there was no sense of urgency or proper follow-up. This experience fell far below the standards I expect from Hilton...

"Beautiful place super clean"

"Absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Ibn Batouta in Tangier! From the moment we arrived very late at night, everything was handled so smoothly and professionally. The check-in process was quick and stress-free, which we really appreciated after a long journey. The room was perfect — spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped. The shower was excellent, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection with really good quality food and amenities throughout the hotel. A huge special thank you to...

"Hotel is lovely, great quiet location but a mall and carrefour in a 10 min walk. And 2 min walk is a shop, bakery and cashpoint. Staff all friendly and helpful, Room cleaned everyday comfy bed couldn’t fault it, yes they have live music in evenings until late but with balcony door closed no disturbance if you really didn’t want to hear a thing but even with door open it wasn’t loud and it’s great for an evening to go and listen to it and have a drink , room was all lovely yes bathroom could do...

"كانت اقامة رائعة الموضيفون لطيفين جدا المكان يشعرك بالراحة والدفئ اقامة تستحق التكرار "

"Nice, accommodating and helpful staff. Simple rooms but has everything you need. Walking distance to hammams, spa, patisserie, small shops for water, soda and snacks and about 2 blocks from local sandwich stores costs about $2 for a sandwich with fries. Very safe area right by the highway. They have uber and inDrive local app cheaper version of uber (cash only for drivers). Near the grand socco bazaars. Only suggestion is if they could replace newer towels bec they are little old and no...
