I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were truly amazing—friendly, helpful, and always attentive. The food was very good, with plenty of variety to enjoy. Another big plus is the convenient location; there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to travel anywhere you need. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Property served it's purpose for a one night stay until we checked into Airbnb. Pool was nice but too noisy, too many to many kids, room was tired and noisy. Hot water took a long time to show at all faucets. Breakfast buffet was better than what we expected. Staff was friendly at this hotel.

First off I should say the food, or at least the breakfast is excellent. However I had two short stays of 3 and 1 night. Showers floods the lounge!! I was on the ground floor and both rooms had insecure patio doors. Air con was a blessing and the staff are great. Area around? If you’re not half / full board limited options. I stay as it’s convenient for family but may look at other options. Especially as I was awoken at 07:00 by staff outside the bedroom discussing everything but work.

A good stay with room for improvement

We enjoyed our stay, and the staff at the front desk, lifeguards, and restaurant were all very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food was excellent, and we really liked how the hotel changed themes and cuisines each night. The waiters were especially kind and supportive with our two young boys. The hotel is pram friendly, with easy access to all areas. The kids pool is fantastic, with both big and small slides that kept our boys entertained for hours. Evening entertainment was also very enjoyable, with energetic staff who brought a lot of fun and made sure the children were involved. The rooms are very spacious, and the beds are comfortable, but the biggest downside for us was the cleanliness. When we arrived, we noticed small mites in the bathroom. Even though we asked for it to be thoroughly cleaned, it was not, and my wife had to take care of it herself every day. We also followed the instructions to have the bed sheets changed, but this did not happen until we asked the cleaning team directly on day 4. Although they claimed the sheets had been changed, a small transfer mark from my wife’s black swimsuit stayed on the corner of my son’s bedding throughout our stay. If there was one improvement we would suggest beyond cleanliness, it would be to add a snack and drinks bar at the kids pool. It is not a major issue, but it would save the walk when spending long afternoons there.

It has been a while since I was this disappointed with a hotel. Cleanliness or the lack of has probably been the biggest factor - whether it was by the pool or in the rooms. We also felt you cannot really talk about hospitality as such- the staff, bar one or two exceptions, are doing just enough, barely offering a smile - not the energy you want to be around. Activities for kids not adequately advertised- most entertainment seems to have been happening by one pool and no staff bothered to walk around the others to ask the kids to join- very disappointing. The food was an average all inclusive buffet, nothing remarkable to point out, however the coffee was pretty good. Towels left on sunbeds from 7am- so if you are later you struggle to find space. Very disappointing stay, would not recommend.

Nice hotel, poor/impersonal service quality

Upon arrival we waited for 15 mins before being seen by the receptionist, she was then very unwelcoming and proceeded to tell us there's no kids play area, when this was a big factor as to why we chose this hotel. When I showed her the play area photos she said, "this is only for kids older than 4, but you can ask them", which was not correct, kids under 4 can use the play area but must be accompanied by their parent. The room was nice with a large bed and good storage, a cot was provided, the kitchen had a microwave and a fridge along with some plates, glasses and cutlery. No cloths, sponges or dish soap. No kettle or mugs. Their was a sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable to sit on, it wanted to unfold at any opportunity. The sea view was really nice, overlooking a busy road however, but this was not a problem. We had half board (breakfast and lunch) overall the food was average. It is very much mass produced at low cost. There is not a great selection of fruit in the morning, we could pick up much fresher/tastier fruit in the Hiperdino only 30 meters away. The dinner was quite good with themed nights. It did get particularly busy at peak times though, so you'd have to que for a while. The pool areas are great with comfortable sun loungers, we were not allowed to put up the parasol most days due to the wind, this could be improved as we have a 1 year old who can't sit in the sun for too long. Overall the stay was good but the service quality was poor.

Fantastic stay. There is nothing to complain about our holiday at Allegro Isora. Everything was extremely clean and tidy and very well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and there was always a constant flow of freshly cooked food;the variety was fantastic too - you certainly wouldn’t go hungry!

The lay out around the show cooking and hot buffet does not work. Long queues for food whether you want it or not, you have to pass pasta/pizza area then the grill before you get to the hot buffet. Lots of people pushing in. If the hotel was to sort this I would have given 5 stars. Food most days was excellent & drinks very good quality. Pool areas very clean, never an issue getting a sunbed even when busy.

Terrible stay

Very dirty hotel, everything is sticky. The bathtub was absolutely dirty and clog. Air conditioning doesn’t work and even when you report all this, nothing gets done to fix it.

Low value and lots of issues

The Good: The Bad: cold pools, broken beds, stonecutting and maintance outside appartment for a whole week, bugs in the rooms, some very bad diner experience, complains where ignored, higher price when paying than advertised on Hotels. Since the hotel also have all inclusive alcohol bars we also had issues with people drinking soo much that they startet group fights by the pools early in the day times.Children had to be remove from drunk adults and police and guards had to come and fix the problems.

We stayed at Allegro Isora in January and were lucky to have absolutely fantastic weather — plenty of sunshine and perfect temperatures for relaxing by the pool. It was an ideal winter escape. The hotel has three swimming pools, which is a big plus. There was always space to relax, and the pool area had a great holiday atmosphere. The evening entertainment was also very enjoyable — fun, lively, and something to look forward to after dinner. It really added to the overall experience. One of the highlights was definitely the food. There was a good variety, everything was fresh, and we always found something we enjoyed. The overall atmosphere around the hotel felt friendly and relaxed, making it a pleasant place to spend our holiday. However, the rooms are quite tired and could definitely benefit from refurbishment. Some of the areas around the pool also look a bit worn and in need of updating. While everything was functional, the interiors don’t reflect a modern standard. Overall, we had a very nice stay thanks to the weather, food, pools, and entertainment. If you’re looking for a sunny getaway with a great atmosphere and don’t mind slightly dated rooms, it’s a solid option.
