"A beautiful hotel in an amazing place
Loved our stay for one night before climbing Teide
My only comment would be food Provision - the restaurant is beautiful but the menu is expensive and limited. There is a cafe bar but that stops serving food at 5pm
Particularly for hikers more choice at a more reasonable price (or cafe open longer) would be great"
"Staff were excellent and so was the food. Rooms were clean however there was a terrible odour coming from the bathroom sink. Smell was similar to sewage or stagnant water. I know some places in Europe experience similar issues with sewers, dated and old infrastructure is the issue. The smell was extremely unpleasant and really ruined our experience."
