"I cant say enough good things about this place and the customer service that i received. The pictures show exactly how the place look. Its sparkling clean, really comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. Now i wont look any further any time i have a trip to Rio. Another plus for this property is the doorman: they are also amazing and really helpful. I never been so happy to stay in a property like i was at this one. For sure i will be booking again."

"The PROPERTY was as described, the LOCATION was convenient and the PROPERTY MANAGER was a joy to work with. Marcos went above and beyond out of his way to make sure that any worries I might have were taken care of. I needed an early check in and an extra day due to flight issues and he accommodated me. When my code to get in th e room expired, I called him and he reset it on the spot. I will definitely look for an availability here when I return."

"I was very disappointed with this apartment. It was very grotty and not very clean. The under sheet on the bed was dirty and clearly very warned out and there was no top sheet. I complained but was told the cleaner had done her job properly, I ended up buying my own sheets. The property was not cleaned once during my 3 week stay and I ended up buying toilet paper and doing towel and sheet washing.
