"No TV in the room, no glasses (we had to beg for them in the hotel’s restaurant), no windows in the room (only on the entrance door), no mats on the concreted floor, no room cleaning service till you ask for it. The check in process was very slow. There is a lot of staff around, but they are not really efficient. The property is in need of renovation for sure."

The previous receptionist had me in the wrong room when I arrived overnight but she was able to fix the issue, she very helpful and showed me where to get some good cheap breakfast near the hostel.
