The hotel personnel were very friendly and polite and the hotel was very homely and very clean. Every aspect of the hotel was excellent from the beautiful garden area to the restaurant and lounge with the honesty bar. I would recommend this place without hesitation to anyone who would like a nice peaceful break away or for business travellers.

Wonderful friendly staff who went out of their way to make our three-night stay enjoyable. Loved the tranquility of the rooms that are on the back of the hotel overlooking a koi pond. Very convenient for us while visiting friends around the Guildford area.

Excellent hotel

Service from all staff was excellent, very friendly, and informative. Room was spotless, showers were fantastic. The bar area was beautifully decorated and well stocked. Breakfast was fresh, home cooked and the additon of fresh fruit/yoghurts was a bonus. Comfortable bed, and ample space for clothes etc. I will definiteky be returning if i am back in the area.
