We checked in at 23:50 without problem, and although the signage could probably be a bit clearer in terms of arrows to especially at that time of night, we found the room eventually and it was clean and well prepared. Only downside was i couldn't work out if we had hand soap for the bathroom albeit it might have been in an amenity...
