"This is a very unique property. It is a restaurant and music venue on the first floor and rooms on the second floor. The rooms are small but clean, cute, and comfortable. The rooms we stayed in had a wonderful view of the creek/river. I also want to acknowledge the staff...they were very responsive and kind. The town of Wilmington is fantastic - great restaurants, shops, architecture, etc."

"Our stay here was wonderful - cozy, comfortable, and fun with all the boardgames available! The property is deceiving, it's larger and more spacious than what you think. We consisted of three families, including children ages 5-14, and never felt crammed. The house was well-appointed, and everything we could possibly need was present.
