"Perfecto"

"Hotel was perfect - clean and comfortable; easy parking; walkable, safe location; friendly and professional staff. Many amenities but we did take advantage of them."

"Very helpful staff. The air conditioning was not working during a hot period and I received a message warning me and asking me if I wanted a refund but I kept the booking. When I arrived at the hotel the staff were very helpful and offered me a fan and complimentary bottle of cold water. For the price I paid it was far more than I expected. "Très bien situé, super hôtel. Parking difficile par contre et tapis désuet."

"This place was unique, palacial amount of public spaces, historic, great amenities and very helpful staff. We throughly enjoyed our stay"

"Cozy and clean, nice breakfast. Staff was friendly."

"Parking"

"Superb location and very helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Free parking near football stadium, just a 5 minute walk"

"Hotel extremely understaffed and overrated, Reception seldom has somebody to support guests, restaurant also incredibly understaffed. Employees are helpful but clearly not enough, when staff cut to the bone service becomes mediocre. This is what focus on cost cutting by hotel owners looks like, cost cutting through minimum staffing is their priority. Very disappointing, not in line with a 4-star hotel."
