"I think this is the 4th time we've stayed here and it does need refurbishment as soon as possible but it was very clean and smelled clean too. We have a little dog and there is a nice area of grass at the back and a nice walk across the road. It's quiet and there's a gate at night and it's certainly not lovely by any stretch but it's useful for our needs."
