"Huge, spacious stone house fully renovated. It was a pleasure staying there. The kitchen is fully equipped, the essentials are all there.Interestingly the train station in Guingamp is not actually the city center, and this place is close to the train station so it's not exactly in the old part of town. That means a little walk to the river, fort, etc, but on the other hand it means it's very easy to get street parking.The only improvement I could suggest is to maintain the garden area just...

"Le studio en lui même est très agréable , propre et fonctionnel. En revanche pour l'arrivée, si vous n'êtes pas garés juste à côté c'est sport! Je vous conseille également de récupérer les clés avant de décharger vos bagages sinon tout se fera a pied et vous n'aurez pas accès à l'ascenseur. Autre point un peu gênant, le quartier est très bruyant, toutes les nuits nous avons eu droit à personnes qui parlaient très fort, criaient et ce toute la nuit parfois ! C'est un peu gênant. "Really nice property in a very calm idyllic setting. We stayed in winter and it rained every day but it was still nice and cosy. The sound of the flowing water is very nice"

"Fantastic location and lovely building with plenty of space and great views. The pool was lovely, but the pool cover was slightly tired and not always easy to open. Beds were all comfortable and cosy. Kitchen was well kitted-out, although some of the frying pans weren't suitable for the induction hob so didn't work. BBQ was great and worked really well. Also easy to clean which helps. Table tennis table and room were a big hit - perfect space for it. House was clean throughout. Lovely garden and forest area with a rope swing the kids loved. Nice walk out from the bottom of the garden to the beaches."

"The location of this lovely house is amazing - within walking distance of the Brittany coastal path, beautiful Launay bay and the ferry to Île de Bréhat. It’s very comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. "

"Wonderful stay, booked in a whim! Delightful staff, literally perfect accommodation and the comfiest bed ever. Very quiet area with secure parking. Parking is not free, I think its about €5 a day. The only thing is no air conditioning which considering this is brand new, is a bit of an oversight. Having said that everything was perfect and immaculate."
