Apartamentos Hesperia Bristol Playa
Mattresses were worn right down (compacted down to the springs). Futon used as a sofa was SO uncomfortable. Like sitting on marble. Inadequate kitchen items. Please try giving guests a heads-up as to when housekeeping staff will come in!! Desk staff, bar staff, maintenance staff were fabulous!!

Room was excellent! We got a free upgrade to a premium room with see view, which was a lovely surprise! Room was also very clean and confortable.

My wife and I have just returned from a six week stay and we had a very good holiday. The house is very well equipped. There is a high level of security as the grounds can only be accessed via an electric gate system. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the living room is huge. ...
