From lovely decorated rooms to beautiful gardens and a great "cucina" Il Casetto was perfect for our family. The location is just minutes from Castellina in Chianti which is a great home base for touring Tuscany. The VRBO photos are excellent at capturing the home. "Thank you Letizia for a lovely two days. The flat is comfortable, tidy and well equipped. The location is peaceful. The road to get to the house is a little bumpy but worth it once you get there. Letizia is friendly and very kind and helpful. Our dog loved his time playing with the other dogs. Grazie mille Letizia"

"Marina, Tom und ihre Familie waren super Gastgeber. Für jeden der auf absolute Abgeschiedenheit wert legt ist die Unterkunft perfekt. Nach einer Auffahrt in die toskanischen Hügel fährt man einen nicht befestigten Weg durch den örtlichen Dschungel, an dessen Ende sich die Einfahrt zum Anwesen befindet. Unbedingt ein Fahrzeug mit größerer Bodenfreiheit mitbringen! Vom Haupthaus gehen mehrere kleine Wege zum süß renovierten Capanna. An der Unterkunft hatten wir die 10 Übernachtungen nichts...

"The villa is lovely. The property is amazing. Check-in and out were easy and the owners are very kind. The only complaint we really had with our stay was that it is probably not the best place to stay during the summer months when it is 95+ outside. The villa has no air conditioning and even the fans they provided us did not prepare us for the heat inside even late at night. "Die Lage der Hütte ist ausgezeichnet.Nur 20min / 10km entfernt von Siena und trotzdem absolute Stille und Natur.Die Sicht in die Hügel von der Terasse vor der Hütte ist wunderbar und wird nicht langweilig.Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß auf den Wiesen um das Haus. Die Hütte ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Einziges Manko: die Matrazen im Hangzimmer waren nicht sehr gut.Hinweis: man fährt 5-10min Schotterpiste zur Hütte."
