Fabulous villa for families

This villa has so much going for it. We were a mixed family group of 8 Adults and 9 kids all ages. We had enormous fun here. Loads of space for cooking and entertaining. There is a pinball machine! The pool area is super with a fully functioning outdoor kitchen. The host is kind and good on comms. 10/10

Je recommande cette villa dont la configuration est largement optimisée pour les groupes et qui bénéficie de nombreux équipements permettant de profiter pleinement du séjour sans avoir à tout anticiper ! De même, la villa est proche de la gare ce qui permet de s'y rendre en autonomie pour les personnes venant de loin.

Nous avons passé un inoubliable séjour dans la villa de Laurent. Tout était parfait les équipements intérieurs et extérieurs, l’aménagement des chambres, le parking devant pour les voitures, le jardin complètement clos. Il y en avait pour tous les âges, le flipper, le baby-foot, les fléchettes et la piscine et puis Laurent une personne très sympathique et disponible en bref je recommande à 100%

Décevante/Disappointing

Nous avons malheureusement rencontré plusieurs problèmes lors de notre séjour à la villa, 41 TER allée des prés salés, 33470 Gujan mestras. La liste des problèmes est la suivante :  1.⁠ ⁠L'éclairage de la piscine ne fonctionne pas, pas pratique pour la baignade en soirée et potentiellement dangereux.  2.⁠ ⁠Le Wifi est très lent, ne convient pas aux appels vidéo, au télétravail ou aux entretiens, ce que nous avons dû faire.  3.⁠ ⁠Le filtre de la machine à café était dégoûtant, moisi et pas propre, nous avons dû le nettoyer pour l'utiliser. Il ne devrait pas être dans un tel état.  4.⁠ ⁠La troisième douche dans la douche à 3 personnes ne fonctionne pas.  5.⁠ ⁠Les ventilateurs de plafond dans les chambres n'ont aucun effet - ce qui signifie que les chambres étaient beaucoup trop chaudes. Nous avions besoin d'un ventilateur séparé pour chaque chambre et nous n'en avons pas eu (nous avons acheté deux ventilateurs supplémentaires)  6.⁠ ⁠Pas de savon dans les salles de bain  7.⁠ ⁠L'électricité disjonctait fréquemment - 15 fois  8.⁠ ⁠Payer un supplément pour les serviettes et le linge étant donné le prix de la villa est assez scandaleux  9.⁠ ⁠La porte de la salle de bain attenante ne fermait pas et nous avons dû utiliser du carton pour la maintenir fermée 10.⁠ ⁠Les lits à l'étage contiennent potentiellement des poux/punaises de lit.

Séminaire d'entreprise au top

Grâce à une superbe communication avec Laurent, l'organisation de notre séminaire d'entreprise a été très qualitatif. Sur place, la maison est très bien équipée et très propre. Les alentours (resto, balade, commerces) sont parfaits. Nous avions loué des vélos pour aller sur Arcachon. Un grand merci pour votre collaboration et réactivité.

Magnifique propriété avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable moment. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour satisfaire l'ensemble des convives, et la maison est assez grande pour acceuillir un grand groupe dans les meilleur conditions. La réservation et les échanges avec le gérant étaient parfaits.

Tout était parfait!

La propriété est magnifique. Elle nous a permis de vivre un we entre amis fabuleux. Audrey est disponible, à l écoute, nous a alerte quand il a fallu quand aux nuisances sonores que nous avions pu faire la 1ère soirée, ce qui nous a permis de rectifier le tir rapidement.

Villa parfaitement entretenue. Excellent accueil de la part des propriétaires qui sont soucieux du confort des vacanciers ! Nous avons pleinement profité de la piscine chauffée, de la superbe terrasse, du bar, de la plancha, du flipper... Nous étions 4 adultes et 11 adolescents et enfants. Très bonne situation au calme pour profiter du bassin d'Arcachon. Prévoir 40/45' pour aller à la plage de la Salie (océan). Merci à Audrey Reytier et son mari pour leur gentillesse !

Très belle maison et excellent accueil de la part des propriétaires. Îls ont un véritable sens du service. Ils sont soucieux du bien être des vacanciers. Villa parfaitement entretenue. Les photos et le descriptif sont fidèles à la réalité. Le calme est omniprésent. Nous avons beaucoup appeecié la piscine chauffée, la superbe terrasse, le bar, la plancha, le flipper... Nous étions 15 personnes durant 2 semaines (4 adultes + adolescents et enfants). Localisation idéale pour profiter du bassin d'Arcachon. Prévoir 40/45' pour aller à la plage de la Salie (océan).
