"All facilities and amenities are first class. Staff helpful - door staff, reception, breakfast, room cleaning and concierge (Roy Madden, invaluable) and must mention Kenneth Vogt for his help. This is our hotel for New Orleans and the one we will recommend to friends and family. The hotel is in a very central (but quiet) position for Bourbon Street, Mississippi cruise, St Louis cathedral, bars and restaurants. Nothing to do with the hotel but the city tax was an unwelcome surprise."
