"After several complaints about the room (broken drawers, clogged sink, an apparent dance party above the ceiling late into the night) over the course of three nights, the hotel moved us to an ocean/beach view room for the balance of our stay. Some of the restaurant staff were fantastic while others were mediocre and one was abhorrent..."

"We just came back and we had a wonderful stay! Part of the resort was being renovated, but that didn't bother me. Obviously, renovations are necessary and the renovations that were done on the room we stayed in was beautiful. Walking the property, I was very impressed with how clean things were. The employees of this resort work hard and their hard work shows. I would definitely come back to this resort. The pools were nice, the food was great, the massages we received at the spa was wonderful, and we felt so pampered. Definitely recommend and look forward to coming back when the renovatons are completed. "
