We had an issue with the grill the owner was not aware of sent him a message he came and fixed it while we were out on the water all day so we were able to enjoy our steak dinner when we got back to the property! Quick replies from the owner via the VRBO app great , great back yard! Plenty of room! Thank you sunny! "

"Beautiful, clean and peaceful! We brought our kayaks and took them over to King's Bay and explored the springs. We did a little fishing and were lucky to see 2 dolphin playing down at the dock. A perfect place for our type of lifestyles since we enjoy the outdoors!"

"My family recently stayed at this amazing property. My whole family loved it. It was totally as advertised and more. We found it very clean, very well equipped, roomy and beautiful. The host was excellent. There was an unexpected repair needed for the spa which the host fixed the next day! This location is also close to Dunnellon with convenient last minute shopping and riverside eateries. Don't forget to visit nearby Rainbow River Springs State park for picnic and swimming. "
