The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living spaces, and comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather. "Evacuated from home at the last minute and very happy to find this listing available. As soon a I booked my reservation I was in contact with the host throughout the storm. She went out of her way keeping me updated on the notifications coming in from the county on the status of the watches, warnings & areas of concern. After the storm passed we were able to enjoy the comforts this home has to offer. Very quiet neighborhood, spacious home with many areas to relax and spend time with family. I would love to return for a quiet retreat."

"We had to evacuate for Hurricane Milton and this cozy cottage in the woods was a very nice refuge. Crystal River is a great town but due to the hurricane it was limited in what was available. Gary was a great host and we really appreciate the time we had in the cottage."

"We were very happy with our stay! Property was exactly as described; so peaceful and beautiful out back! We stayed 3 nights and found everything we wanted to do was extremely close by, very convenient. We didn’t utilize all the amenities offered, but the host, Chaz, thought of everything. Board games, DVDs, fishing poles, bikes, and of course the kayaks and golf cart. You won’t get bored on a rainy day! Chaz was easy to communicate with and answered us quickly anytime we asked questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Thank you Chaz! "
