"At check in, the staff was busy with personal conversation, kept customers waiting. The room was wet, smelly. No safety lock. Dirty furniture, floor, toilet, shower curtain. Broken box springs. Lumpy, small pillows, stains and holes in the bed covers. Breakfast? Coffee, juice, cereal, cinnamon rolls. ..."

"This could have been a great rental but we had many issues after we checked in. The hot tub was dirty and the owner said he was going to come clean it the day after we checked in. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. So we weren't able to use the hot tub all week. The pool guy was suppose to come clean the pool ..."
