"The unit and facility met beyond expectations. Room was clean, nice, fully equipped. The facility itself was very nice, accommodating. Owner of the unit and management were on top of everything and was very pleased with that. But it was not kid friendly during the day when the lady security guard was present. She is unprofessional, entitled, rude, and disrespectful. She has a million rules for the pool, slide, work out area of which none are posted or present to be aware of at the facility or on...
