"Super clean which was lovely. Thank you. Loved the all day coffee. Wasn’t thrilled with the parkade not being attached. Pool was ice cold. "

"The hotel room was old. Peeling wallpaper mural, peeling bottom of the bathroom door. The majority of the bathroom fixtures were loose. Mold in the shower. The toiletries weren't filled. The cheapest bathroom toilet paper and tissue possible. A daily resort fee of 29$ +tax, used or not. A daily 15$+tax parking fee. These are on top of the price of the room. We were charged 250$ because we were told our room smoke detector went off. Neither I nor my husband smoke. I believe it was payback for the bad review my husband left the first day. This place has a good location and comfortable beds.The AC is loud and coming apart Paper thin walls. Definitely not 4 stars. Definitely not worth the money."

"This property isn't as described on Expedia. They do not have breakfast, they do not clean rooms, the shower head was almost falling out of wall, and it just wasn't a good experience. This place should not have RESORT as part of their name."

"Cute hotel with unique vibe. Close to airport, but there isn't much plane noise. Good location both to Sarasota and Bradenton. Breakfast was nice but nothing special. Standard as in most hotels. The bathroom lacks some privacy. Overall cool."

" I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza New Orleans French Quarter. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere made for a great experience. The staff was especially kind and welcoming. I would like to give a special thank you to Agent William, who did an excellent job during check-in. He made sure we were well informed about the hotel and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth start to our stay. Although there was a small mishap with another staff member, the management team handled the situation quickly and professionally. Their responsiveness and willingness to resolve the issue made a positive impression. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Orleans, and I will definitely be returning in the future."
