Beautiful studio close to the beach!

Newly renovated studio unit ready for its first guests! Just a couple blocks from the beach and only a couple minutes from the Island View casino, this space is perfect a couple's get-away on the Gulf Coast. The unit has it's own A/C unit and a separate water heater from the larger unit on the other side of the building so you have full control of your environment. The space also features two large windows that allows for plenty of natural light.

We do offer an early check-in at 1:00 PM instead of 3:00 PM or a late check-out at 1:00 PM instead of 11:00 AM for an additional fee of $15 per request.

Place is very clean and convenient to get to. Close to every everything. would suggest if you are just looking for a nice place to to stay overnight or a week end get away.

Weekend on Mississippi Coast

We had a wonderful time and the property was perfect. It was very clean and nice and we actually enjoyed the trains. It was a great size for the weekend.

Great little getaway

Quick trip to the gulf area. Cute studio close to the beach, that seemed private as there was hardly anyone around with easy simple parking and access. Close to great dining, casinos, the aquarium and local shopping. Would do again!

Very clean. Would have liked a little more space but it was convenient and close enough to beach and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. The train was a bit loud if your a light sleeper.

Spring break

My partner and I stayed here for a beach trip over spring break. The location was great, super close to the beach, it is close to trains but if noise bothers you, just bring earplugs and you’ll be fine. The place was clean and the owners were friendly and available whenever we had questions. It was a great spot for the two of us for a nice beach trip.

Had a wonderful time. Some of the comments said the door kept jamming but that isn’t the case. I have one of the digital locks at home. All you do it pull the door towards you while locking or unlocking the door. So no issues. Train didn’t wake me. And the lighting the the room was wonderful. I will definitely be staying again!

Pure Joy

The minute we walked into the apartment, we were very pleased. The cleanliness and the overall order of the property was exactly what we needed. There were two of us and our dog, we had plenty of room. We enjoyed our five nights, and definitely did not want to go home. We took walks every day and night in the neighborhood. The people in the neighborhood are extremely friendly, love the southern hospitality. We never had a problem with locking or unlocking the door, the automatic door lock was appreciated. The trains were cool, we enjoyed just sitting and watching them. We did bring a large floor fan to cover up the noise while we were sleeping.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, easy to access, and exactly what I needed. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made everything even smoother. One thing to note is that there’s an active train line right next to the property, this didn’t bother me, but it might be something for light sleepers to keep in mind. Overall, it was perfect and I’d happily stay again!
