I liked that they were kind enough to let me pick my room since they only had 2 available. The room we ended up chosing however needed the shower to be fixed and we decided to end our stay the day after even if we booked for a whole week. Keep in mind it wasn't refundable so we definitely lost more than 200 bucks. But the condition of the room was definitely not something we wanted to be in, we ended up booking an airbnb near by.

I made a weekly reservation online through hotels.com and went to the office to check in and then they tell me they had no rooms available even though I had a reservation. I then try to cancel my reservation and hotels.com would not cancel it and then the hotel still charged my card. Never again and not to mention when I first pulled in the parking lot three police cars are on the property.

The hotel staff were all extremely rude. We were locked out of our room on multiple occasions due to staff not programming the room key correctly. The second time was at 11 at night and me and my wife and 3 very young children had to wait on the balcony out front of our room for almost 45 minutes in the heat. The rooms were not cleaned at all.

Worst hotel ever. I have booked here twice. First time we get there at 6:45, checkin was at 3 and the manger tells me we missed our check in and canceled our room after drive 13 hours. Second time I send an employee to stay there and she refuses to check him in because they don’t have a room yet took my $.

We couldn't even get into our room Sunday after 4:00PM check in (BECAUSE A BIG SIGN SAYS THE OFFICE IS CLOSED ON SUNDAY) I had to pay for another night at a different motel only to find out that because I didn't get into the place (that was closed) on Sunday they CANCELED my whole weeks stay which meet I PAID at Lot more at the last minute. My reservation was weeks ahead of my reservation time. In Photos the room looked clean but seeing the Whole place was not great. Now I am trying to get back my money for the one night that I didn't stay there because the office was CLOSED on Sundys. They want you to check in on Saturday for a room on Sunday. ARE KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As the old saying goes, it is dirt cheap. The microwaves do not have the carousel. Only cold water in the kitchen and hot water in the bathroom lavatory. There are furnitures and cabinets but they are closed. Carpets are worn out. Bed bugs on beds and carpets. And lastly the staff lack the southern hospitable personality as it is so hard to get some cleaning done because with this price it seems as if they think this is the only thing you could afford. Not everyone who sees the place stay. There are much more who looked for other places as one could really get sick being in this place. Its funny because instead of treating their guests as their means of livelihood and their job security they treat you with contempt, just like in this coronavirus situation, they think all of them are ok and you are the only one sick requiring you to wear mask while they dont.

Me and my wife stayed for 17 days when they check us we was supposed to pay $700 we paid 669. We went down to pay for another week on 16th and we found out they messed up and we had to pay $8 more. Plus the hole time we was there we told them 2 times that our freezer wasn't working and our key to our door didn't work so one of us had to stay in the room so the other one could get back in, they know about it when we went to check the room and still put us in that room. Then within the first week we was there staff keep harassing us saying we was being loud. We will NEVER stay there again.

The rooms are disgusting, the whole room smells like urine (takes your breath away instantly). The office makes everyone stand outside in the heat and it takes forever to even check in. I didnt stay there because of the smell and the security tells me its not safe.

The room was nasty, but it was 33.44 a night. And they only have 1 to of toilet paper and 1 towel in the room. You don't get housekeeping, towels, or toilet paper for your entire stay, which was 10 days. So,i had to go buy stuff to clean the room, towels, and toilet paper.
