"Definitely more for families than a romantic getaway. Parking was terrible - had to park far away from bldg. Bathroom was clean but only 1 person could get ready at a time. Pool area was exquisite. Would not repeat just because it wasn't what I wanted."

"Had an issue with very loud people and the hotel said that they were going to comp one of the nights they did not do that and we stay at this hotel often. Hopefully they will do that."

"The property is run down and very much in need of major updating. The wallpaper in the bathroom was literally peeling off of the walls. One set of elevators completely out of order. The pool area was not well kept and surrounding landscaping neglected. The hot water in the shower was tepid at best. We were extremely disappointed in the appearance of the property as compared to the pictures online."

"First room I was assigned to had a completely shattered window. The girl at the desk was friendly and helpful, but she struggled with the computer, she said it was her first shift by herself, she tried to call someone on the phone to get help with the check in process several times and no one answered. You need to rethink that part and always have someone on call. "

"Smell paint thinner in my room so bad couldn't breath and ask them to give me some of my room because of them having me suffering and in dangerous conditions I have COPD and am not supposed to be exposed to chemicals like that and they would give me any discount or move me rooms"
