"This is an excellent location to enjoy all that Edinburgh has to offer. Super friendly staff. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Toiletries were top notch. We were even left lavender pillow spray! The king room was spacious by European standards and we had a little balcony with a view of the castle! One thing - the room didn't have AC so we had a fan on the desk. It was sufficient for early September but not sure about the summer months. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The staff were extremely helpful and the room was charming. Bathroom great. Convenient location to train and buses. Only negative is that we were sent an email of a bill/receipt for another guest, as well as ours. It was rather upsetting as we had to make sure we were not billed for his stay. We were not but personal contact info was shared to us ."
