No tengo ninguna queja"

"We were in a room for people with wheelchair which is not a major problem as we are not handicaped ourselves. However, the shower was directly on the floor in the bathroom with a non-sufficient slope to evacuate the water properly. So we had water on almost the entire floor in the bathroom. I had to ask for 2 big towels to use as sponges so that part of the floor was kept dry, and then find a place to dry up those towels after the shower. As the room was also rented to non-handicaped people,...

"The carpet in my room was stained but the staff were extremely helpful"
