"We felt welcomed from the first moment we stepped into the beautiful hotel. Everything is so beautiful and with lovely details. The room offers a lot of space to storage clothes and other things,it is very well equipped and has a lovely view to the sea and garden. The cleaning lady did a great job!!! The service and reception staff is great and made us feel comfortable and home. They were always friendly and with a smile on their faces. There is NOTHING that was missing. "Beautiful grounds. The spa didn’t have its hot tub or indoor pool open. I guessed that was because it was slow season. The staff offering hammam and massage did an exceptional job. We had both done on separate days. The only problem that occurred was that a customer walked in on my wife in the middle of her treatment (& she was nude too!) as he was looking for a staff member to make an appointment. I recommend the staff have a sign made to alert guests that the masseuse is working with another...

"Hotel looks to be newly renovated but some rooms are small. Suite room was good but we then moved to a standard room and it was not easy to move around due to the narrow layout of the room. Staff was not helpful and they were trying to avoid eye-contact in order to deflect any help requests. Breakfast was plain, not too many choices. While we stayed there internet was not working due to a technical issue by the internet service provider but there was no urgency to resolve the issue by the front...
