"I'll start with the positives. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. There were a few issues that affected our stay. Communication before and during check-in was confusing. When we arrived, we were directed to a room that was not ours and had to contact the property to get the correct room assignment. Clearer directions and confirming room assignments before guests arrive would make the check-in process much smoother. The kitchen faucet was also not...

"Front desk staff was awesome. Very informative about attractions in the area. Never would have seen the arches nor thrombolites if we hadn’t chatted with them. Breakfast was just okay. Room was refurbished recently. We only stayed for one night."

"Amazing suite, clean, cozy and comfortable. Staff mate Kimberly was fantastic as we were running late for check in and said not to worry and she's be there for another two hours The view stunning. Burnt cape eco reserve right there was special even saw a silver fox. Beach is a hidden gem. Would stay there again and again."
