"We were a bit disappointed on arrival - our room wasn't ready, and despite lots of staff being around, nobody helped us with our bags down the steps, or provided us any information about the hotel, restaurant, wifi, etc.
The room was beautiful, though, and our small private pool was clean.
We were disappointed by the breakfast offering - lots of open containers with flies landing on the food meant there wasn't really anything we felt comfortable eating."
"Local people are very warm n helpful.The hotel did not provide my package with breakfast but no worries, many local foods nearby along the road which is tasty n cheep.Since I can communicate in Bahasa indo we managed to travel most of the trip on local bus n tricycle which is a big saving. But please remember to book or arrange any of transport if u intend to hang up after 5 pm. at any location.

"This is a beautiful and traditional location with stunning views and tranquil gardens. The house is basic, rustic but very authentic. Into town is easy by Grab or Gojek taxi app. Traditional breakfast comes as extra. I could stay here forever"

"It was quite nice, we stayed there what felt like a long time. The staff were so friendly and helpful, at some point it felt like a second home. Some of the facilities were a bit miss, such as our sink tap just being just broken though still functional. But everything else was quite pleasant. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely go back. "Fabulous stay - one of the top hotels we stayed in while in Indonesia. Hard to find anything negative. The rooms we large, clean and comfortable. The food was over abundant and delicious! The view from the 8th floor at night was beautiful; a place to get away from the noise and bustle of the streets. The bar, while not fully stocked had enough of a variety to keep content.
There was a bartender present every night. He was gracious and worked hard to provide quality service.
I wish we could have stayed longer!"
