"Everybody from the hotel was very nice and helped us with everything that we needed. They were all very helpful and always tried to answer all our demands and we are very grateful. The hotel is not in the best location though (but we knew that from the start) and the rooms and especially the bathroom are a bit outdated. "

"Our stay at SAii Lagoon was nothing short of exceptional. Every detail—from the well-maintained facilities to the diverse and delicious dining options—contributed to a truly seamless all-inclusive experience. We originally visited to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, and SAii Lagoon made the occasion truly unforgettable. The personalized touches and genuine care shown by the team elevated our stay in every way. We also had the pleasure of meeting wonderful people during our time at the resort, which made the experience even more special.
